Miramar Beach Home and Community Rules
- Age requirement policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent and One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between ages 15-25.
- MAX Occupancy of 14 people, this is the most we can accommodate. No exceptions!
- Absolutely no pets allowed per our lease and Airbnb house rules
- Absolutely no smoking inside the home or on the property. This is strictly enforced. A substantial fee will be charged for extra cleaning fees to remove odor, replace carpet, repaint walls and replace furniture. These can be several thousand dollars and are very expensive; will be at guest expense. -
- Cleaning Fee is a separate line item in your booking and not included in the nightly rental price. This enables us to keep the unit clean for the next guest and clean all the linens.
- Report any damage you see immediately when you arrive. This will ensure you are not responsible for the damage. Please send a photo of the damage upon arrival to our contact
- Parking is provided on the driveway only. No trailers or Boats are allowed in the community per HOA. There is no street parking allowed per the HOA. If you need additional vehicle parking please park down at the community pool if spots are available.
- Guest are prohibited from bringing gas-powered scooters/go-carts within the gated community, however, Golf Cart rentals are allowed.
- Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. Do not remove it from the edge of the patio as this allows the smoke to escape. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture or allow jumping on any furniture.
- The home is equipped with smart technology, like outdoor security cameras, exterior motion lights, and smart lighting inside. Internal smart lights in the living room and lower front bedroom suite may turn on and off based on timer settings.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. No refunds will be given and you will forfeit any deposits.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. No refunds will be given and you will forfeit any deposits.
- Lastly, because this is our family vacation home in a private community and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
